Adult Group Home (AGH) Staff

Provide resident care and assist in maintaining a positive physical and social environment for residents. Includes, but is not limited to, teaching members how to clean their room, cook, and other day-to-day activities. AGH staff work with the Treatment team, attend AGH staff meetings, and attend monthly in-service training sessions. Must be a good listener, problem solver, and motivator.

Case Manager

Provide coordination, advocacy, and linkage for youth and/or adults to meet their needs and goals of recovery in the community.

Licensed Therapist

Provide clinical assessments, diagnostics, therapy, treatment planning, and clinical consultation for youth and adults. Current Montana license for LCSW or LCPC required.

Nurse Practitioner

Provide clinical assessment, medication prescribing, therapy, clinical consultation, and a functional approach to treating underlying conditions which lead to decreased life expectancy. Current Montana license and Psychiatric endorsement required.

Rehab & Support

Provide skills-building to youth and/or adults for living in a community (e.g., shopping, money management, social skills, and others identified by the individual). Entry level position. High School diploma or equivalency required.

Caregiver Position

Seeking People that enjoy working with the geriatric generation to work as Caregivers at our assisted Living Community in beautiful Livingston, Montana.   • Must have compassion for elderly and desire to work with them
  • Must be able to work part time on a regular schedule, and on-call shifts if needed
  • Must be able to perform duties and responsibilities (Essential Job Functions) with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Pass a urine drug screen
