This position works one on one with adults with severe and disabling mental illness. Tasks will include teaching coping skills, social skills, and building life skills. Adult Group Home Staff serve clients with Severe Disabling Mental Illness (SDMI) and will be responsible for the daily operations of the house and will have face to face contact with residents including evaluating and assessing barriers to independent or community living, assisting with daily living tasks, supervising and teaching residents meal preparation, assisting with menu planning and grocery shopping, laundry functions, supervising household chores. Must have high school diploma or GED, college level courses in mental health/psych preferred. Applicants must be able to pass a background check, cannot have history of abuse, neglect or exploitation. Pay is $12.50/hr. with $.50-$1.00 shift differential. Case Managers serve clients with Severe Disabling Mental Illness (SDMI) and coordinate benefits such as housing and social security. They complete an assessment of client needs and assist with resource referral and treatment planning. Case Managers work with the entire support team to coordinate comprehensive care for clients. Case Managers must follow HIPAA, maintain confidentiality, and meet productivity requirements. A bachelor's degree, relevant experience and valid driver's license is required for this position. Therapists will provide assessment, treatment planning and therapy to people with Severe Disabling Mental Illnesses (SDMI). Candidate must have a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling or other recognized degree. One year experience as a case manager or working with SDMI population required. Major responsibilities include providing assessments for clients, diagnosis and treatment recommendations, providing individual and group therapy to clients which is evidence based for their specific diagnosis, providing clinical consultation for crisis line. Pay is $19.00-$23.50/hr., Therapists have the ability to make between an additional $3.00-8.50/hr. dependent on weekly billing. Benefits available including health, dental, and vision.
The LCSW will provide assessment, treatment planning and therapy to SED and SDMI populations. Candidate must hold a Master's degree and be licensed in the state of Montana as a LCSW. Must have one year experience as a licensed clinician in the mental health field. Will provide assessment of client, diagnosis, and treatment recommendations for adults and youth, provide individual and group therapy to clients which is evidence based for their diagnosis, meet productivity requirement of seeing clients for 7 hours per day, complete required paperwork (progress notes, assessments, treatment plans, etc.), supervise on-staff therapists.
