Youth Services

At Winds of Change, we support not only the adults in our community, but their children as well. We offer a full range of Youth Services for ages 5-18 with serious emotional disturbance (SED), including Case Management, Substance Use Treatment, Community-Based Rehab & Support, and state-of-the-art therapies like EMDR and Solution-Based therapy. We use the state approved CASII instrument when building treatment plans with our youth to determine the best services to meet the needs of each individual in our program.

Our dedicated Youth Case Managers work with the youth in our community and their families to access services including Education Advocacy, Resource Linkage, and Goal and Skills Development. When youth are ready to transition to adult services, our Youth Case Managers help them navigate this change in their lives successfully by utilizing the tools in TAP (Transitional Age Program).

There is no waitlist for our youth intake and assessment! Please call us for more details on the intake process. We accept Medicaid for this program.
